Over fifty years ago, a small group of passionate residents transformed the destiny of Penne-d’Agenais. Thanks to their determination, they restored medieval houses, cleaned facades, and even installed cables—a first in France at the time—to preserve the village's historic charm. Their work demonstrated that it was possible to reconcile heritage and innovation while improving the daily lives of the inhabitants.

Building on this experience, Union pour Penne, together with all the residents of Penne d'Agenais, will revitalize our entire region. We aim to make Penne-d'Agenais a more vibrant, welcoming, and pleasant village for everyone.
